I'm happy to share that I just completed the Odoo 17 certification. A milestone in the journey to be a better Oddooer every day. Let me share some learning and tips ...


It's always exciting and lots of learning whenever I go for Odoo certifications, especially this time when questions are pretty interesting - it pushed me back to the basics and rethink the potential that Odoo holds.



How do you prepare to pass the Odoo 17 certification? - Three Basic Things:

1️⃣ Make sure you go through the following content as much as possible: https://www.odoo.com/documentation/17.0/

2️⃣ Have the Odoo v17 instance with you while preparing and do practically what has been written in the Odoo doc.

3️⃣ Odoo has prepared a learning platform you can benefit from; subscribe to https://www.odoo.com/slides. It's completely free.


🌟 TIPS:
Time is something you have to invest in, and you will never regrate the huge payoff later you will get, not just passing this certification but the knowledge will give you far more confidence about the functionalities of Odoo v17. I remember that, sometime in the past, I spent time till 4 AM just 'decoding' the things on MRP.



Things to take care who want to be certified for Odoo v17:

➡️ It's 123 questions; correct will give you one mark, and wrong will deduct half. So, decide wisely what to attempt or leave during the exam.

➡️ MRP and Inventory regarding questions might make you uncomfortable, so be prepared.

➡️ Any section, like project, sales, purchase, or even CRM, could have twisty questions - do not take it lightly
