Reflecting On My Reading Habit

I have a habit of reading my favorite books for 30 minutes in the morning and have been doing this for the last eight years. I occasionally miss it, but when I miss it consistently, this is what happens:



🚩 Less clarity of thoughts.

🚩 Lack of new thoughts for writing.


Reading helps me to do deep work and slow down the waves of continuous non-productive thoughts; it works similarly to meditation for me.


Currently, I am reading two books:

2️⃣ Implementation Methodology hashtag#Odoo


For me, reading after a morning walk helps like a cherry on the cake.

💎 What is the solution? - The following idea works for me


⏩ Go to a bookstore.

⏩ Have no intention of buying any book.

⏩ Move around for some time and see what book looks attractive.

⏩ Buy it and take it home.

⏩ See if that book calls me in the morning.

⏩ If yes, great, go ahead and keep reading.

⏩ If no... be ready to invest in a new book. 😊
