“You are sitting on a goldmine, and the people of India are making a great impact on the world’s business. This is just the beginning.” I heard this a few months back from one of my US clients.
It’s a beautiful Friday morning, and I want to share something special with you.
In the last few weeks, I have started writing a new book with Bhaumin Chorera, aimed at helping US and EU people set up, run, and grow their businesses by exploring India’s untapped talents and infrastructure.
After working with many business owners, founders, and leaders around the globe, we have been going through intense thoughts for the last few months that we want to write more to guide and help US and EU founders based on our experience in this domain.
For many years, I have been managing, experiencing, and hearing many things as below from founders from the US and Europe:
👉 We are running out of good quality people.
👉 There is a serious need for great IT support.
👉 Long-distance work is okay, but being there with your people would be great.
👉 You are sitting on a goldmine, and the people of India are making a great impact on the world’s business. This is just the beginning.
👉 Why have I not yet met you people? You are awesome—I must visit India to meet you.
👉 We are seriously thinking about having our operations in India and scaling them up.
Working for more than fifteen years with many business owners of US and EU to help them get what they want in India drives me to do more for them.
I strongly believe that it’s a game-changer for anyone to look towards India and set up their IT and business operations.
India has been doing this for decades, but the current wave gives an entirely new indication and perception, shifting from cost-centric to quality-centric.
The trend of making India a homeland for business has saved some companies from bankruptcy. Many companies found new ways to look at the world and expanded their business to different continents after opening offices in India.
Many things have changed in the last ten years, and that will change how India is ready to serve the world with unique cultural combinations and a service-at-heart attitude.
We welcome people, we help them, we support them, we grow with them, and we fight back until we succeed together .
I am excited to see what the future holds. Are you?
